AI Control Plane

Problem
Taking an AI application from idea to production meant manual approvals and long email chains between engineering, governance, audit and finance.
What I did
Defined one end-to-end process — onboard, govern, observe, monitor, evaluate — and lead the build of a single platform that runs it, working closely with governance, audit and FinOps.
Result
One place for every application: owners see usage, cost and policy breaches; developers see traces; finance and governance get charge-back and an audit trail.

Enterprise AI monitoring

Problem
Teams were launching AI applications with no consistent way to track requests, measure quality or see cost. In a regulated bank, that meant slow incident diagnosis, invisible spend and no audit trail for risk teams.
What I did
Designed one standard monitoring platform that teams can adopt with minimal code changes, with dashboards for finance, operations and risk, and automated quality checks on every change.
Result
Became the standard across 150+ production AI applications, with faster incident diagnosis and cost and risk visibility for leadership.

Problem
Engineers spent a lot of time working out the cause of each alert from internal monitoring and finding the right fix in the runbooks.
What I did
Built an AI assistant that reads the team’s runbooks, identifies the likely root cause and recommends a fix — with a person approving before any action is taken.
Result
Cut the time to close alerts by 50%.
